ePACT provides the option to configure questions asked to be Filterable and/or Alertable. This is configured by ePACT Staff.
Filterable questions can be Yes/No questions or Checkbox type questions, which then become available for quick filtering on the Medical & Dietary filter when using the Advanced Search and Filter capability.
Alertable questions can be Checkbox, Yes/No, Single Line Textbox or Multi-Line Textbox type questions. When a question is configured to be "alertable", the alert text configured for it appears in the highlighted area of the PDF Member Record.
