ePACT provides the ability for your members/parents/guardians to complete their ePACT forms in English, Spanish or French. Please contact your Customer Success Manager to learn how to enable multi-lingual support for your ePACT dashboard.


Members/parents/guardians can log into their ePACT account and select their preferred language from the Account Settings option. 



Once they set their desired language, all ePACT communication and forms will be sent in their preferred language. 




For communications sent by administrators, please note the appropriate translation must be entered for General and Emergency messages (emails, text messages, text-to-voice messages) and Roll Calls.
