Please ensure you are trying to log into ePACT and not our help portal:
1. Please check you are entering the correct password by clicking on "Show".
2. Click on "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address:
3. Check your inbox for an email. Click on Verify Request.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IT MAY LAND IN YOUR SOCIAL/PROMOTION/JUNK/SPAM FOLDERS.
4. Choose a new password and enter it twice.
5. Once you are done- you'll receive a notice you are successful and can now log in.
