Once you've purchased auto-archiving, and determined the the number of years you need to archive for, you'll then see the access point right on your dashboard under "Member Archives".


1. Clicking this link brings you to your Archives dashboard:



2. Use the different search parameters to find either a specific member's archives or a specific groups archives. Add date to get more accurate results.


3.Click on View to see all archives for a member.



4. All dates listed indicate when a new archive was created, which is due to a change on the record. 

Click on View to see a record on a certain date or click on Download Files to see any shared documents.
