Not yet- but that's coming! Currently, you need to use the Member ID for the existing Submitted Record as we flag the most recent request as the duplicate. Parents will still be able to complete the record , but it will remain under the old registration system number.
In phase 2 of this solution, we'll be adding the ability to choose the member ID you want to keep. This will then allow you to switch to a new registration system without removing all members.
