As per our Terms of Use, ePACT does not access any record without the explicit consent of the account owner. This means that we cannot tell you what information the parent or participant has yet to add or which step they are on. Please ask the parent or participant to go to https://epactnetwork.com/us/login and log in. They should be taken to the 'My Requests' page where they can click Complete Request. Once they click it, they'll be shown which steps remain incomplete. All required fields have a red asterisk and will be highlighted in red if left blank. Once they have completed the missing information, they can share the record in the final Complete Info step.
Additionally, please let the parent or participant know that they can contact us directly at help@epactnetwork.com if they get stuck. We will be happy to assist them complete and submit their record.
