Upload Settings allow you to create templates for your spreadsheets, so you do not need to adjust the headers for your information each time you upload a spreadsheet of your members.


1. Click on Organization Settings on your Administrator Dashboard





2. Click on Upload Settings in the menu on the left side of the page





3. Copy and paste the name of the header you would like to use for each field in ePACT. For example, if you'd like to use the Customer ID in your registration system as the Member ID in ePACT, enter in 'Customer ID' in the Member ID field. A few other examples of the headers you may want to enter are:

Player First Name in the First Name Column

Customer Last Name in the Last Name Column

Parent Email in the Email column





Note - you do not need to use the Upload Settings for your spreadsheets, but if you do not, you will be required to have ePACT's standard headers in every upload that you do. These include:

- Member ID

- First Name

- Last Name

- Email (up to 3)

- Group
