The Updates & Reports box will alert you if there are any undelivered email invitations or reminders. 

1. Click View to filter which members have undelivered emails. 

2. Click on the Edit   action icon to view the undelivered emails for a specific member.

Before you correct the email address(es) in ePACT, please update the member's email(s) in your registration system or in ACTIVE Network (whichever is applicable). Otherwise any changes you make might be overwritten. 

3. If there are any delivered emails, please only update the email in your registration system or in ACTIVE. This will update the email address without resetting the member's record. 

4. If you need to fix the email immediately, please check that the member's status is Invited and only has undelivered emails, click Reset Member and then OK.
