In order to delete a shared file that has been uploaded to a member's record by your organization, please follow the steps outlined below:

1) Click on the file icon (under Actions) for the member you want to remove files for.

2) Click on the green "Upload File" button.

3) Click "the red "Delete" button next to the document you want to remove and click OK. In the scenario below, we want to remove the Allergy Plan that had been uploaded earlier. 

Deleting Multiple Documents

In the event, that you wish to remove multiple documents, please follow the steps listed above and click "Delete" beside all the documents you would like removed (as seen in the image below).
