If your member has a red flag next to their name on the dashboard, it means that an important medical condition has been flagged in their record.
If you’d like to filter for these members, open up the Advanced Search and Filter, expand More Options, and check the box for ‘Flagged Conditions’. You can also search for individual medical conditions using the ‘Medical and Dietary’ section in the search and filter.
