You can export a list in spreadsheet format (.xlsx) by clicking on Select All, More Actions, then Export List.

Hint: use 
the Advanced Search and Filter first if you need to narrow down who is included in your list. 

The next step will allow you to choose what information from the emergency form you'd like included in your list. Make your selections and click Export at the bottom of the page. 

Your advanced report will be generated and you will be e-mailed a link to download it when it is ready. Once ready, click View next to Account Activity Log.

Click View again on the next page to select your report.

Click Download File to download the file to your computer. You can then open the file in your spreadsheet program to view the report or print, if needed.
