Messages sent to your members through ePACT will not violate CASL (Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation). ePACT is a tool, much like Gmail or Skype. As long as you have secured your members' permission to contact them within the guidelines of CASL, you can use ePACT to do so.
Our Terms of Use outline that you must be authorized on behalf of your organization and that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are acting within the CASL guidelines and exceptions. ePACT is not liable for any legal action resulting from a CASL violation by an organization.
