How can I tell when the last communication with a user was? Print

If the member record has a status of "To be Invited", then that member has never been communicated with via the ePACT system.

For all other statuses, click on the Edit icon Icon found in the same row as the member name. This view will show the date and time that the last communication was sent, as seen in the screenshot below.
