To send a reminder email to members who have not completed their records yet (Invited, Outstanding or Reconfirmation Required statuses):

 

  • Check off the member(s) you would like to remind
  • Click on Message Members -> Reminder
  • Add any additional information you would like in the text box like a submission deadline
  • Select Preview Reminder
  • If you are satisfied, click on Send Reminder.
  • You'll then receive a notification that your message has been successfully sent.
