Outstanding Record Reminders
If you've received a reminder to complete your record, it's important to double-check that all necessary information has been provided. Even if you think you've submitted everything, it's possible that some critical details were missed. You may have also forgotten to click the blue "Share with [Organization]" button.
To ensure your record is complete:
Verify that there is a Green Checkmark next to every section on the left-hand side of the form. This indicates that all questions have been answered successfully.
Anything indicated with a RED (*) caution sign needs to be looked over.
After Initial and entering your signature, please make sure to click the BLUE "Share with [Organization]" button once you've completed the form.
This step is essential for sharing your emergency information with the organization, allowing an administrator to see it as completed.
Following these steps will ensure your information is properly submitted.
