If your organization has chosen to enable multi-lingual capabilities for customer-facing communications, you will be able to select your preferred langauge of communication. Languages currently supported are English, French and Spanish.
If you are new to ePACT and creating your ePACT account: You are able to select your desired language at the bottom of the Get Started page you will land on, after clicking the Create Account link.
If you already have an ePACT account: Please log into your ePACT account and using the drop-down arrow beside your name in the top-right hand corner, click on Account Settings. Scroll down to the Language and Region section and select your desired language. Don't forget to click on the Submit button directly below this box to save your changes.
Once you've set your desired language, all ePACT communication and ePACT forms will be sent in your selected language.
