An important step before checking members in is to SYNC sheets. Your registration information is sent to ePACT via the API or spreadsheet upload- but this is not automatically update your sheets (a feature that is coming). You must take the extra step of syncing the sheet on your device to ensure your sheets and groups match.
1. Locate the sheet you are about to use or have ALREADY been using. Make sure it is ONLINE and ACTIVE. Click the 3 dots on the RIGHT and a menu will pop-up. Choose Sync Members.
2. Select the corresponding group to this sheet. Click Sync.
3. If you have already been using this sheet, please click on "Yes" when asked about the status- this will keep all members at their current status. If you wish to reset everyone's status- click on "No".
