Please note that the ePACT Admin App will only be covered in the App session and will not be covered in the Organization or Group Admin sessions.

Organizational Admin Training - Advanced
A 60-minute webinar, with time left for general Q&A. This session is designed for existing Org Admins to build on their knowledge with ePACT. In this session, admins will gain a more comprehensive understanding of ePACT as we cover topics such as duplicates, dashboard Settings, Waivers and Consents, and common issues/FAQs from your end users.
A 60-minute overview of the ePACT Admin App. This session will cover the use of the ePACT Admin App as well as, focus on the setting up of the CICO settings and naming of CICO sheets and then finish up with Q&A.
45-minutes in length, with time left for general Q&A, this session will review the day-to-day use of ePACT for Group Admins. This session will focus on the family experience and the dashboard. The App will not be covered in this session. (reminder on Group Administrator permissions here).
