If you're unable to open the Admin App, or are having trouble accessing ePACT in your browser, it might be due to a recent security update. As part of our commitment to security and protecting private data, we are improving our security levels. This affects both the Admin App and web browsers, but the Family App (Qr Code, Health Screening Questions) will not be affected.
To ensure the ePACT Admin App continues to work and check in/health screening is NOT interrupted, please visit the App Store or Google Play to upgrade to the latest version. (Failure to update means the app will not launch):

This security upgrade also means that ePACT will no longer be accessible when using older browsers on your phone, tablet or computer. (You can access a list of unsupported browsers here.) Upgrading your browser to a more recent version will address the issue. Up-to-date browsers will not be affected.
