When viewing a check-in/out sheet in the ePACT Admin App, there are two different status indicators below each member name: their check-in/out status, and their 'daily health screening questions' status:

The first status to the left and below the member's name indicates that member's current check-in status.  It will be one of the following: 

  • Checked In
  • Denied Entry
  • Absent

  • Checked Out

The second status to the right and below the member's name, and indicates the result of the member's health screening. The status will be one of the following:

  • Passed
  • Failed
  • Not answered the questions

In addition to these two statuses, there is an indicator for if a member has submitted their record yet. The orange triangle with an exclamation mark indicates that a member hasn't completed/submitted their ePACT record for your organization yet and will alert you to remind the parent to complete the child's record.
