The ePACT Admin App is for ePACT's customer organizations (e.g. your local Parks and Recreation, YMCA, University, etc) to use. It is not built to be used by families.


For ePACT families, ePACT provides a Progressive Web App, an app that is installed by visiting the main ePACT login website and adding it to the parent or guardian's mobile device home screen.  


The family app is installed on your device by following the instructions detailed in this help article.


Once installed, the family app is used to check members in and out using contactless QR codes, and can be used to complete the Health Prescreening questions required by many organizations.
