The answers to health screening questions automatically reset every 24 hours as these are daily answers. 'Answer Reset Time' is the specific time of day it resets. To access this setting:
1) Click on 'Organization Settings' in the top right corner of your ePACT dashboard.
2) Select 'Check-in/out Settings' from the menu options on this page.
3) 'Answer reset time' will be at the bottom of the settings. You can choose your reset time from the drop-down menu, and make sure to click 'Save' afterwards.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All answer reset times are in PST (Pacific Standard Time). The default is currently set for 5:00amPT (6:00amMT, 7:00amCT, 8:00amET).
