If prescreening questions aren't working, you'll need to ensure they're active in your 'Organization Settings'. To check if they're activated, you can use the following steps:
1) On your ePACT Dashboard, select the blue 'Organization Settings' button in the top right corner of the screen.
2) From there, select 'Check-in/out Settings'.
3) Confirm that the appropriate 'Health screening questions' are enabled.
