If prescreening questions aren't working, you'll need to ensure they're active in your 'Organization Settings'. To check if they're activated, you can use the following steps:


1) On your ePACT Dashboard, click the Settings wheel in the top right corner of the screen. 


2) From there, select 'Health screening'.




3) Confirm that the appropriate 'Health screening questions' are enabled.
