If you're having trouble scanning QR codes during the check in/check out process, we have a few helpful tips to try:
1) Ensure your device has an active internet connection. QR Code check in/out only works when connected to the internet, so if you're not in Wi-Fi range, or don't have cellular data, you won't be able to scan codes.
2) Make sure you're using the most recent version of the ePACT Admin App. Your app store should automatically prompt you to update when necessary, but just in case it's always a good idea to check the store manually if you're having issues.
3) Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app completely. If you're still having issues, try fully uninstalling and reinstalling the ePACT Admin App from your device. In certain cases this can solve a lingering issue.
4) Confirm that the app has permission to access your camera. If the ePACT Admin App doesn't have the proper permissions in your Operating System, it will be unable to access the camera, and scan QR codes.
