If you are having trouble logging into ePACT's QR Portal, you may need to clear the web browser cache on your device. Please follow these steps if you are using Safari on an iOS or iPad OS device (iPad or iPhone):


1. Open 'Settings'.


2. Scroll up until you find 'Safari' and click on it.


3. Scroll up again until you see 'Clear History and Website Data', and click on it.


4. A pop up will appear asking you to confirm, click on 'Clear History and Data'.


5. You're done!
