Responses to the 'Health Screening Questions' are archived with your Check in Check Out sheet. Please note that you will need to "Archive" the list on your device to be able to access it in Check in Check Out Archives on your Dashboard.
Below is an example of what those archives will look like in the PDF version. You can also export into a CSV version to sort and filter for specific responses.
Currently we don't have an option to filter the archive by responses to questions; however, you are able to export the results for a check in sheet to .csv format, and search them that way.
