Yes, responses to the 'Health Screening Questions' are archived with your Check in Check Out sheet. Please note that you will need to "Archive" the list on your device to be able to access it in Check in Check Out Archives on your Dashboard.
Below is an example of what those archives will look like in the PDF version. You can also export into a CSV version to sort and filter for specific responses.
