Upon arrival, as part of your check in process for a member, the Health Screening Questions will automatically appear on the screen of your administrator's ePACT app, as seen here:



 The administrator who is performing the check in will then ask the member the Health Questions, and enter the members yes/no answer into the app. After the questions have been asked, the admin can then choose to either 'Accept' the check in, or  deny entry by choosing 'Do Not Check In'. (Member will be denoted as "Denied".)
