Once you've activated the 'Health Screening Questions' feature on the ePACT Admin App, you will be able to add up to 25 yes/no questions that each member will be required to answer upon check in.
In order to keep the check in process as straightforward and streamlined as possible, only questions with a 'yes' or 'no' answer can be added to your Health Screening Questions. This allows administrators to quickly answer questions, and minimize time spent typing.
