To speed up the Check In Check Out process WHILE maintaining diminishing contact and social distancing, you can use QR codes which we can scan using our devices.


YOU MUST BE AN ACCOUNT HOLDER TO GET A QR CODE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT, CHECK IN /OUT WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED AS WE CURRENTLY DO.


Get your QR code App set up:


1. Go www.epactnetwork.com/us/login ON YOUR PHONE. No need to log in yet- you'll see an option for QR code in the blue header. Please click on this.


2. You'll be re-directed to the QR portal page. Log in here with your usual ePACT credentials. 

3. You will now see your QR code. 

4. Depending on your device, you should be prompted to "Add to Homescreen" or you can click on the  "Homescreen" Icon Iphones or the browser menu (3 dots in top right) for Android devices and select Add to Homescreen, followed by Add. This will create a secure App which will allow you to access this quickly at your next check in /out time. (Please note that for security reasons, the QR code you are assigned does update regularly- so screenshots are only valid for 24 hours).
