To use the Batch Check In/Out feature, simply: 

1) Log into the ePACT Administrator app, and select 'Check In Check Out Sheets' 

2) Select 'Batch Check In' or 'Batch Check Out' from the bottom of your screen.  

3) Select the participants you would like to check in or out, OR, 'Select All' to select the entire group.  Once participants are selected, click on 'Check In'. 

4) Review the list of members your are checking in/out and click on "Continue". 

5) Add your initials or signature (as required by your organization- it's in your Check in Check Out Settings). 

6) You're done!  All selected participants are now checked in or out.
