If you are trying to share your record, but are seeing the red icon on a step and you can't tell why, please look below for possible solutions:
Emergency Contact/Pick-Up address is now required.
1. If they are verified and you can't edit- please Remove. Then add them back with all the needed information.
2. If you are adding a new contact, please make sure to add an address. If not adding an email, please make sure to click the text that says 'skip email'.
Your contact will appear like the picture below when all required info is filled out
Family Info - Work Info is now required, but your contact is already linked.
1. Remove the existing contact
2. Click on "Add New Legal Guardian" and add all requisite information and click on save
3. Make sure to remove the old profile and add the new one for EACH DEPENDENT.
