If you are unable to accept a request from an organization to share emergency information, it could be because the other legal guardian has already accepted the request for your dependent.
If you would like to access or edit your dependent's emergency record, the other legal guardian must add you as a legal guardian in the system, and share the record with the organization. Once shared, you can access and edit information, and the organization will be notified of changes.
