Why can I list my spouse as my emergency contact for my employer, but not for my personal profile?

When completing your personal profile, you should add your spouse as a member of your household. In an emergency, they will be contacted first, before any other emergency contact in your support network. However, for your employer, they require just one emergency contact which they will contact first; this can be your spouse.
