If you have joined ePACT to use on a personal basis, your personal healthcare number is optional, but recommended so your emergency contacts can access it in an emergency. 

If your organization made this a requirement, you will be asked to provide your personal healthcare number. If you do not want to provide it, please contact the organization that invited you directly for further instructions.

If an organization has marked your health number as optional, including it in your emergency information will be useful if an emergency contact, coach or a supervisor needs to provide it to a doctor in an emergency.
