In emergencies, every second counts! Quick Log In is a new feature on the Admin App that will help you access information more quickly.  Often, high stress situations means people forget their passwords. But now, with quick log in, administrators will be able to log into the app the same way they log into their phones- be it fingerprint ID, PIN code or a Pattern. That way, if they forget their password, they won't need to reset it each time to access information when it's needed most. 

Please follow these steps in the EXACT order they appear to activate this feature:

1- Open your ePACT Admin App and click the green Login button:




















2. Enter your email address and password FIRST, then toggle  'Allow Quick Login'  to the "on" position and click on Log in.


3. Please accept the Terms of Use by clicking the 'Accept' button and then confirm your quick log in method- either touch/fingerprint ID, PIN or Pattern, 



4- Once this is complete- Quick Log In is turned on! You'll notice that the green "Log In" button is now "Quick Log In".  Please ignore the password box if this is on! You only need to click on "Quick Login" and then use your selected method of log in.


PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL PERIODICALLY BE PROMPTED TO LOG IN WITH YOUR PASSWORD AS A SECURITY MEASURE. IF YOU DON'T REMEMBER IT, YOU WILL STILL BE ABLE TO VIEW THE INFORMATION, BUT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD FILES OR ADD COMMENTS.
