You can create a Check-in/Check-out (CICO) sheet in the ePACT Admin App to sync with either one or multiple groups. 


1. From the check in/out members module of the ePACT Admin App, click Create Sheet:


2. Select the group(s) you wish to sync to the new CICO sheet:


3. Name your new CICO sheet, enter a sheet start date (optional) and turn the sheet on (optional). 


Best Practice Alert! Name your CICO sheet in a way to make future searches easy in the group list as well as in the CICO Archives. Typically these pieces of information should be included: Season, Name/Program, Date/Year. Location (recommended for programs with multiple locations)


Example: week-long CICO sheets for 2023 Tennis Camps could be named:

Tennis Set 1 Sp2023

Tennis Set 2 Sp2023

Tennis Set 1 Fa2023

Tennis Set 2 Fa2023

Tennis Week 1 Su2023

Tennis Week 2 Su2023

Tennis Week 3 Su2023


Example: monthly CICO sheets for school year preschool with multiple locations could be named:

PS Wildwood Sept 2023  

PS Porter Sept 2023  

PS Carter Hill Sept 2023  

PS Wildwood Oct 2023

PS Porter Oct 2023

PS Carter Hill Oct 2023





As of ePACT Admin App version 3.8.0, you can dynamically search on the CICO sheet names.


 



4. When a previously-created CICO sheet is resynced, the group(s) previously synced to the sheet will show by default. You have the option to keep them selected, de-select some, or de-select-all.


Note by default the current status of all members of a previously-synced CICO sheet will be maintained when resyncing. If you wish to reset previous status', the ePACT Admin should use the Reset member's status action, so the status change is recorded in the CICO archives.
