Currently, you can share your dependent's record with other organizations using Printed Forms. Printed Forms allow you to use your ePACT account to create and print emergency forms to give them to organizations who do not use ePACT yet. Simply click the Fill out a Form button at the bottom of your My ePACT page to get started.
