How can I tell what the status is for each member? Print

Our App reflects 3 statuses:

1) A green square means the record is complete. (Submitted and Downloaded files)

2) An orange square means the record is pending, so only partial information is available. (Outstanding files)

3) A red square means the record is unavailable, as the member has not accepted the invitation yet. (New, Invited, Declined files)
