The ePACT Admin App shows member status in both the View Member Records and Check in/out Members sections of the App. 


In View Member Records:

 

A green square means the record is complete. 

Dashboard status: Submitted, Downloaded


An orange square means the record is pending, so only partial information is available. 

Dashboard status: Outstanding, Reconfirmation Required, Using Paper Form


A red square means the record is unavailable, as the member has not accepted the invitation yet. 

Dashboard status: To Be Invited, Invited, Declined, Duplicate, Unlinked



In Check In/Out Sheets:


The status of each member is shown as a colord icon beside their name. The apprevications to these status icons are:


NEW = To Be Invited 

INV = Invited 

RR = Reconfirmation Request 
OUT = Outstanding 
DEC = Declined 
TBP = Submitted Member Record, has not been downloaded 
COM = Submitted member Record and has been downloaded

UNK = Unlinked
