Organizations that require certain documents be downloaded and signed will host these on the consents or waivers page. To download these after you've shared, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your ePACT account.
2. Click on your dependent's name. A list of connected organization will appear. Select the correct organization.
3. Scroll down to the Consents and Waivers section on this page. Documents that can be downloaded will appear highlighted in blue and underlined. Click on it to download a copy.
4. Once you've downloaded, signed and scanned the document, please scroll up and click edit in the Shared Files section and then attach it by selecting Browse.
