ePACT allows you to access your Members' PDF Member Records when offline. Please note: you need to be connected to the internet to edit Comments and to download Files.
In order to log into ePACT offline, follow these steps before going offline.
- BEFORE GOING WITHOUT CONNECTIVITY, be sure to Enable Quick Login on your device by toggling the "Allow quick login" option on. This allows ePACT to use your device's biometrics access feature to open the ePACT Admin App, instead of having ePACT try to contact the server to verify your email+password combination.
- Once logged into ePACT and with access to the internet, please Update Member Records. This is what encrypts the data to your device to allow for offline viewing as well as ensures the most up-to-date information in downloaded to your device.

1. Click on the hamburger menu in the top right-hand corner.
2. Select Update member records
3. Choose to Update All or update only one specific dashboard.
If you do not enable Quick Login before going offline, you will not be able to log into ePACT and will receive this error:
