Reconfirming is an important process of keeping all participants safe! It's important to review and to add any missing info when requested by an organization to ensure they can best support your family in any emergency, big or small!


It should only take a few minutes as the info you previously submitted will pre-fill, and you'll only need to add any missing info, update anything that needs it and then accept the waivers again for this year.


Please login to your ePACT account, select "My Requests" at the top of the screen, scroll through each page of the form, and then initial, sign and share the form to complete the process.
