When you log in and click Go to Update Records Page, the app will check to see if there have been any changes since you last logged in with internet access and updated your records. You will need to have internet access to update records and you should do this regularly. 


You will be automatically prompted to update member records the first time you log into the app and if it's been seven days from the last time you updated them. If you are not prompted to update member records, you can manually update them by clicking Menu then Update Member Records.

Please note: this is to give you offline access to your members' records. Please make it a habit to update member records on a regular basis and be sure to use WIFI to update records to avoid using up too much of your mobile data.
